We have an installed capacity of 4,800 MTPA with all Ultra Modern & Sophisticated Machinery starting from Rotogravure Printing Machine with Auto Registration Web Video system, Solvent Based as well as Solvent Less Laminators, High Speed Slitters, In house Pouching Machines with the facility to provide different types of Pouches to give best results to our esteem customer under one roof.
We at ASEPACK give utmost attention to the Quality aspect. Have well equipped Quality lab and a qualified QC team. All incoming and outgoing materials are tested before it goes to the production floor or to the Customer. To maintain Quality & Standards we regularly check the Tensile Strength, Bond Strength, Drop Test, Dart Impact and COF test of the material to ensure that we provide our customer the product matching to their specification. We have well maintained Production Area where we take all necessary precautions to provide a hygienic atmosphere for giving a quality print product to our valuable customers.
